Paid Social Specialist

Thanks so much for viewing the job posting, and for your interest in joining the Taikun Digital team. We’re a small remote-only team (5 full time team members and counting!) that’s growing quickly in both team size and revenue.

Iterative Improvement

Improve a little every day. Small improvements compound over time. End every day a little better than you started. This includes our systems, processes, and everything else about the business. We do not want you to improve only to help the company; we place a very high importance on your personal and career growth as a PPC professional. We require team members to spend at least 5 hours a week (of paid time!) on education, and the company pays for educational resources for team members. And we’re always improving our operations as well.

We love to celebrate wins! Whether it’s team member wins, company wins, or personal wins, we believe it’s important to celebrate the good. We celebrate wins on our weekly team call, and we even have a dedicated success slack channel.

Job Overview

As a Paid Social Specialist, your primary role is to create and implement social media campaigns for our clients. You will use your expertise in paid social advertising to develop strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and revenue to our clients’ websites. You will work closely with our creative team and Paid Social Strategist to ensure that campaigns are delivered successfully and meet client goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Monitoring & reporting on paid social performance
  • Launching & monitoring creative tests
  • Assisting the paid social strategist with creative ideation
  • Helping with copywriting and copy strategy
  • Optimizing in account performance
  • Implementing strategies developed by the paid social strategist

What We’re Looking For

  • You have 6+ of Facebook Ads ecommerce experience
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • You’re always looking to improve your craft and learn new things
  • You have client-facing experience
  • You’ve got a relentless eye for detail
  • You love finding new ways to help clients succeed and grow with paid social ads
  • You are self-motivated
  • You can manage multiple projects simultaneously (no more than 8!)
  • You have up to date knowledge of Facebook Ads and strategies
  • You have strong opinions and aren’t afraid to share them
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • You love flexibility
  • You manage your own time and know how to get things done on your own schedule

How You’ll Be Working

As a remote only team, we embrace flexibility and have teammates all over the world. The company operates on a 9-5 ET schedule where you’re expected to be available, but can largely set your own schedule.

We use slack for communication and keep meetings to a minimum. We have a weekly team call on Fridays at 1pm ET (~1 hour) and a Monday huddle at 11am ET (~30 minutes)
