This is what we need in a Graphic Designer:

• 5+ years of experience with design
• Comfortable working in English
• Experience with making graphics for ads
• Proficient in Photoshop
• Proficient in Illustrator
• Relentlessly detail-oriented 🔎
• We can’t emphasize this enough: we absolutely need someone who is willing and able to learn, grow, and improve
• Experience in After Effects isn’t mandatory but it’s a big plus

Our clients are:

• Mostly DTC e-comm brands with huge scalability potential
• Mostly American companies, but we occasionally have clients in Canada, Australia, and other countries

This is what you’ll be doing:

• First and foremost, this is a collaborative role where you’ll be working closely with other team members
• Develop high-performing ad creative in the form of static images and videos
• Edit creative assets with team and client feedback
• Interface with content creators to guide them through generating raw creative assets

How You’ll Be Working:

As a remote-only team, we embrace flexibility and have teammates all over the world. The company operates on a 9-6 ET schedule where you’re expected to be available, but there is a large degree of flexibility depending on when you are the most productive. That said, there is 0 tolerance for those seeking to work this job while also having another full time job.
