We do not want you to improve only to help the company; we place a very high importance on your personal and career growth as a PPC professional. We require team members to spend at least 5 hours a week (of paid time!) on education, and the company pays for educational resources for team members. And we’re always improving our operations as well.
We love to celebrate wins! Whether it’s team member wins, company wins, or personal wins, we believe it’s important to celebrate the good. We celebrate wins on our weekly team call, and we even have a dedicated success slack channel.
As our Admin Assistant, you'll be the superstar responsible for handling administrative tasks that keep our team running smoothly. You'll report to our CEO and Operations Manager, and will be working closely with other team members. Since we're a remote team, your tech-savvy skills and familiarity with online tools will be essential to your success.

As a remote only team, we embrace flexibility and have teammates all over the world. The company operates on a 9-6 ET schedule where you’re expected to be available, but can largely set your own schedule.
We use slack for communication and keep meetings to a minimum. We have a weekly team call on Fridays at 1pm ET (~1 hour) and a Monday huddle at 11am ET (~30 minutes)
