Salary Range: $55,000 - $80,000

In this role, you will be working on multiple client accounts, each spending more than $100,000/mo on Meta Ads, focusing on monitoring and optimizing the campaigns via internal collaboration and communication with the clients.

Here’s what we’re looking for in a Paid Social Specialist/Strategist:
We’re seeking someone who is smart, proactive, motivated, and detail-oriented, with about 2-4 years of experience with Meta Ads. We want someone who has hands-on experience managing Meta Ads e-commerce campaigns and is ready to hit the ground running!
A couple of things that will help you stand out:
- Experience in media buying or working at an agency
- Familiarity with platforms like Google Analytics, Shopify, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, CROKey
Responsibilities:
- Participate in client calls for campaign discussions. Eventually take the lead in client calls, proposing strategies to improve performance.
- Taking ownership of assigned ad campaigns and suggesting optimizations.
- Monitor campaigns with a focus on maintaining budget and performance targets.
- Serve as a mentor to newer specialists.
Main KPI: Implementation of optimizations without errors. Eventually, the overall performance of accounts managed.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Optimizing Meta Ads campaigns in collaboration with other Taikun team members
- Communicating with clients regarding campaign performance
- Tracking and monitoring campaigns daily
- Planning and delegating creatives to our design team as well as writing briefs for UGC creators
- Mentoring more junior team members
- Occasionally developing hypotheses and proposing CRO experiments 💡
How You’ll Be Working:
We are a fully remote team with flexibility, but we operate on a 9-6 ET schedule and require full availability during these hours.
