Role Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Paid Social Specialist to support our strategists by owning day-to-day Meta Ads implementation and operational execution. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience inside Meta Ads Manager, understands how campaigns are structured, and knows where to find things but is still early in their career and eager to learn fast.
You’ll work closely with a Strategist, executing scoped tasks, monitoring accounts daily, and maintaining clean documentation so the team can move faster with fewer mistakes. This is a high-trust, high-learning role with a clear growth path as responsibility and autonomy increase.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Execution & Learning
- Complete structured training on Meta Ads Manager and internal reporting tools, applying learnings through supervised account work.
- Execute scoped changes such as ad creation, ad set updates, budget adjustments, and basic optimizations with pre-launch review.
- Follow established processes, checklists, and templates to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Daily Monitoring & Issue Escalation
- Monitor accounts daily for spend pacing, delivery issues, ad rejections, and early signs of creative fatigue.
- Flag issues quickly and clearly, escalating with context and suggested next steps when appropriate.
Documentation & Operational Support
- Maintain accurate documentation including change logs, creative tracking sheets, call notes, and action items.
- Keep internal systems up to date so anyone on the team can quickly understand account status and history.
Creative & Strategy Support
- Support brief development by gathering inputs, pulling reference ads, and documenting historical creative performance.
- Help organize creative assets and performance data to support testing and iteration.
Client Call Support
- Join client calls primarily to observe, take structured notes, and track follow-ups.
- Occasionally deliver small, prepared updates with coaching and guidance.
Success Metrics (KPIs):
- Quality assurance score and error rate trend (improving month over month).
- Percentage of tasks delivered on time and correctly documented.
- Monitoring effectiveness (issues identified early, response time).
- Training milestone completion and demonstrated skill progression.
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting paid social campaigns for e-commerce.
- Familiarity with basic performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM).
- Experience working with templates, SOPs, or QA processes.
Why This Role Matters:
This role increases the team’s bandwidth by taking ownership of execution and operational rigor, allowing strategists to focus on higher-level thinking, creative direction, and client outcomes. If you’re looking to deepen your paid social skills in a structured, high-learning environment, this role is built for that.
